Julie McNamara comes to American Heritage School having spent last year as one of the most active classroom mothers assisting Mrs. JoAnn Briggs in our First Grade classroom. Julie studied early childhood development and educational psychology at Hagerstown Junior College in Maryland, is a mother of six (including a daughter who has been at American Heritage School since kindergarten) and five grandchildren, and Julie has run a successful business from her home since 2001. Julie is a consummate “can-do” person that loves children, loves to teach, and loves American Heritage School!
